If you would like to provide density map representations corresponding to particles, please create a density_maps.csv file with the following format:

particle_idx, map
0, map_0.mrc
205410, map_1.mrc
...
1689302, map_N.mrc

Please note:

• The particle_idx should be the base-0 index of the particle in the provided particles.star file.
  • If you have made a sub-selection of particles before determining density map(s), please ensure that the particle_idx still corresponds to the correct index in the provided particles.star file (rather than the sub-selection metadata file).
• There are a number of different approaches you may have used when determining density maps from the provided particles.
  • If you have used a technique where you are able to predict a density map corresponding to a single particle_idx then you would have a single particle_idx for each map .
  • If you have used a technique where you are able to predict/reconstruct a density map utilizing multiple particles, then you would have multiple particle_idx's with the same map .
  • Please ensure that each particle_idx occurs only once (i.e. it corresponds to a single map entry).
